I feel both are correct. In that just one of their agendas is to possess a non-institution bash. They want politicians that are new to ability who've not (still) began to turn out to be corrupted in direction of serving the pursuits of the wealthy, or serving the pursuits of "fairness" (i.e. "woke" stuff), or the remainder of the earth and so forth
